Fructose Popovers
Preheat oven to 450°. Put all ingredients in blender container, and blend at medium for 15 seconds. Do not over mix. Pour batter into 5 – 31/2 inch custard cups, well sprayed with non stick coating. Bake 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 20 minutes more. Makes 5 giant popovers.
