1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ancho powder or Chipotle Ground Pepper from the bulk bins.
1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 dozen Jonah Crab claws, cooked
Combine mayonnaise, powder, mustard, and lemon juice. Serve as a dip for crab claws and enjoy!
