Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ancho powder or Chipotle Ground Pepper from the bulk bins.
1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 dozen Jonah Crab claws, cooked

Directions:
Combine mayonnaise, powder, mustard, and lemon juice. Serve as a dip for crab claws and enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 Beef Roast

From WinCo Bulk Foods seasoning section:

Garlic Powder
Thyme
Rosemary
BBQ Seasoning
Black Pepper
Red Pepper flakes

Combine seasoning for dry rub season that can be stored for other meals

Recipe Instructions:
Combine
1/2 c garlic powder
1/8 c thyme
1/8 c rosemary
1/4 BBQ seasoning
1/8 c black pepper
2 table spoons Red Pepper flakes

Use seasoning to dry rub the roast let set for 1 hour – 3 hours

Cook on a BBQ grill till desired temp or minimum of 160 degrees.

Simple & Delicious Chipotle Rub

½ CUP CHIPOTLE GROUND CHILE; you can find it in the bulk section, #2310.

In a mixing bowl, mix the 1/2 cup of Chipotle Ground Chile with:
(1)TBSP GARLIC SALT
(1) TBSP ONION POWDER
(1)TBS BLACK PEPPER
(1)TBS LEMON PEPPER
(1)TBS CELERY SALT
(1)TBS DRY MUSTARD

Rub over your favorite cut of meat, cook to your preferred method and enjoy.

WHAT YOU NEED
1 large (1-inch x 9-inch x 2 3/8-inch) aluminum foil baking pan
1 bottle (750 ml) White Merlot wine
1 medium green pepper, julienned
1 large sweet red or yellow pepper, julienned
1 jar (16 ounces) cocktail onions, drained
1 can (6 ounces) pitted ripe olives, drained
4 medium garlic cloves, peeled and quartered
1 tablespoon fresh parsley or basil, chopped
