In a large bowl, combine milk powder, non-dairy creamer, vanilla flavored creamer, sugar and instant tea. Stir in ginger, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. In a blender or food processor, blend 1 cup at a time, until mixture is the consistency of fine powder. To serve: Stir 2 heaping tablespoons Chai tea mixture into a mug of hot water. INGREDIENTS: 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder • 1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer • 1 cup French vanilla flavored powdered non-dairy creamer • 2½ cups white sugar • 1½ cups unsweetened instant tea • 2 teaspoons ground ginger • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon • 1 teaspoon ground cloves • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom Featured Ingredient: Ground Clove Bin# 1708

In a slow-cooker or large pot over low heat, combine apple cider, orange juice and lemon juice. Season with cloves, ginger and nutmeg. Bring to a simmer. If using a slow cooker, allow to simmer all day. Serve hot. Instant Milk: Add mix and water to make 1 quart. INGREDIENTS: 1 1/3 cups mix • 3¾ cups cold water Camping Cocoa: Mix well and store in air tight container. To serve, mix 1/3 cup mix with 1 cup boiling water, stir. Coffee Creamer: For Coffee: add one round teaspoon per cup, more or less to taste. Hot Chocolate: Mix all ingredients well and store in an air tight container. To serve mix 1/3 cup mix with boiling water, stir. INGREDIENTS: COFFEE: 1 rounded teaspoon per cup. Adjust to taste.
