Ingredients:
1 ½ cups of orange juice
1/2 banana (peeled)
2 Tablespoons plain or Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds – Bulk Bin #1407 (in the bulk spice section)

Your Choice of:
1/2 cup mango (peeled) or
1/2 orange (peeled)

Directions:

Nonstick cooking spray

1 cup fresh blueberries

Custard:
2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 orange, zest finely grated and juice strained
4 large egg yolks
1/4 cup cornstarch

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups golden raisins (bulk)
1 cup raisins (bulk)
6 eggs
4 cups milk
plain croutons (bulk) 10 cups
white sugar (bulk) 1/2 cup
brown sugar (bulk) 1/2 cup
cinnamon (bulk) to taste at least 3 tablespoons
vanilla 2 tablespoons
nutmeg (bulk) 1 tablespoon
butter 2 sticks

3/4c-1c buttermilk (I add 1T lemon juice to my 1c of milk to make the buttermilk)

1-1/3 cups hot water (not boiling)
1/3 cup BULK natural honey
1/3 cup canola oil
4 cups BULK 100% whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. BULK ground cinnamon
1 tbs. BULK instant yeast

Recipe Instructions:
Mix liquid ingredients in a cup and add to bread machine pan.

Ingredients:
1 frozen banana, sliced
1 Tbsp natural peanut butter (BULK)
1 Tbsp cocoa powder (BULK)
1 cup milk
1-2 tsp sweetener of your choice (sugar, agave nectar, honey BULK)

Recipe Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for 2 minutes or until thoroughly blended. Drink it down! GREAT for breakfast, and the peanut butter provides protein to keep you full.
