1-1⁄2 cups tender-cooked macaroni
1⁄4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1⁄4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1-1⁄2 tablespoons lemon juice
celery salt and pepper to taste

1⁄2 lb. diced turkey breast
1⁄2 cup seeded, chopped green bell pepper
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1⁄2 cup chopped ripe tomatoes
1⁄2 cup defrosted frozen peas

As soon as macaroni is cooked, rinse with cold water and drain. Toss with mayonnaise,
yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir in turkey and vegetables. Stir carefully until
entire salad is coated. Chill to blend flavors.

2⁄3 cup butter or margarine

3 medium sliced 1″ carrots

2 medium potatoes, peeled, cubed 1″

Sauce
3 tbs. butter or margarine
3 tbs. all purpose flour
1 cup half-and-half
1⁄2 cup turkey broth
1⁄2 tsp. salt
1⁄4 tsp. pepper

2 cups cooked rice
1 cup chopped celery
1⁄2 cup slivered almonds
3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
1 10 3⁄4 oz. can condensed cream of
chicken soup
2 oz. jar chopped pimiento, drained
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
2 tbs. chopped green pepper
2 tbs. chopped onion
1⁄4 tsp. salt
1 tbs. lemon juice
